静安寺店是“开吉茶馆”这一青年纯茶品牌的第二家门店。拥有5.6米通透横向界面的店铺与香火不绝的海上名刹静安寺隔街而望。室内的天、地、墙刻意地以粗粝、去装饰化的样貌出现，与品牌传达的青年人直接、不加掩饰的态度对应。

为了在9米见方的大空间内形成一个人群天然聚集的容器，一座钢与木的亭子被构想在空间中央。以园廊中的“美人靠”为灵感，工字钢结构柱与水平方向上的长凳、桌面、吧台依次结合。这些或宽或窄的木饰水平面随着不同使用高度阶梯式上升，以统一的建筑语言丰富了亭的空间意趣。

Adjacent to the centrally-located Jing’an Temple in Shanghai, one will find a teahouse with an expansive 5.6-meter-long storefront.  Under the brandname KAIJI, the founders want the teahouse to become a gathering space for youth who hold a bold and undisguised attitude toward life.  The barely-adorned, rustic-looking ceiling, floor and walls thus speak to their targeted customers.

In response to the need of enhancing the social gathering vibe within the 9-meter-by-9-meter space, a remodeled traditional Chinese pavilion made out of steel and wood has been introduced.  Taken after the traditonal pavilion bench (Meirenkao) in Chinese gardens, a set of horizontally placed panels were each made to intersect with an H-steel pillar in one of the four corners, forming an integrated whole with the pavilion.  Simply being placed at different given heights, these nearly identical panels were used as benches, tables and a bar countertop.
