开吉茶馆南昌路店位于有着90年历史的香山公寓，是该品牌的全国首店。设计尊重历史建筑的场所既有肌理，通过内退和活动门扇向街道充分开放。同时将工业材质与老茶馆元素相结合，并在室内植入三个各具氛围但相互关联渗透的功能空间，从而营造出一个融入当代城市生活的青年茶馆。
On the ground floor of the 90-year-old St. Paul’s Apartment, KAIJI Teahouse found the home of their very first location. The historic fabric of the interior space was carefully preserved and the recessed storefront with paneled, moveable door leaves allows the vivacity of street life to mingle with the coziness of the teahouse. Through combining industrial look with furnishing inspired by old Sichuan teahouses in three distinctive yet interconnecting functional space named after “the lobby”, “the gallery” and “the reading room”, a modern teahouse for the youth was born.
